Lauren “Luca” Cusolito is a third-generation creative entrepreneur who has been designing and building since the days of dial-up.
She has been teaching and consulting on small business marketing topics since 2011 with Creative Enabler and in collaboration with organizations such as the City of Jersey City, City of Bayonne, Jersey City Economic Development Corporation, and more.
Luca has also taught as an adjunct instructor in Continuing Education for Hudson County Community College and volunteered on the Rising Tide Capital Help Desk.

Rising Tide Capital is a 501-c-3 non-profit organization based in Jersey City, NJ, transforming lives and communities through entrepreneurship. Their programs support women, minorities, immigrants, and traditionally marginalized populations to start and grow successful businesses.
The Rising Tide Capital Help Desk connected motivated, driven clients with its network of talented business experts to help entrepreneurs achieve critical milestones and significantly strengthen and build their businesses.
